Moduline’s HOLD temperature holding equipment allow you to consume food, both hot and cold, at the right temperature in the peak hours of the service or in general when customers are very numerous.
The HOLD range consists of two types of products: Warm, hot holding and COLD cold holding equipment.
The WARM models allow you to keep your dishes warm at the right temperature without drying them for a time that varies from a few minutes up to a maximum of 4 hours. COLD refrigerated trolleys allow you to serve cold dishes such as desserts, fruit, and vegetables, at the ideal temperature in any type of service, in banqueting, in canteen service and in commercial catering.
